Very pure aluminium oxide (Al₂O₃) ceramic beads for critical applications where the highest chemical inertness is required.
DuraStone Al 99 are near-pure aluminium oxide ceramic spheres (> 99% Al₂O₃). This is the most inert ceramic bed material available. It offers absolute resistance to chemical attack, even under extremely aggressive conditions.
Al 99 is used in very critical applications where traces of contamination from the bedding material are unacceptable, or where extreme chemical aggressiveness is present.
