Fragoltherm® W-KFA
Fragoltherm® W-KFA is highly suitable for the lower temperature range thanks to its optimized viscosity.
Its thermal capacity is higher than that of other organic media. This results in good heat transfer characteristics at low temperatures.
Fragoltherm® W-KFA is available only as a ready-to-use mixture, is non-toxic, and is rapidly biodegradable.
Fragoltherm® W-KFA is activated with special inhibitors, which leads to good corrosion protection over the entire temperature range. Its corrosion protection performance is documented by the standardized test method ASTM D1384.
Fragoltherm® W-KFA is not miscible with other potassium formate-based heat transfer fluids.
Fragoltherm® W-KFA is compatible with most engineering materials. We advise against using Fragoltherm® W-KFA in installations containing aluminum, zinc, or galvanized steel.
