FRAGOLTHERM® Q-32-N is used in various indirect heat transfer systems. Typical application areas include foundries, chipboard presses, calenders, vulcanization plants, drying and mixing systems, as well as plastic injection molding plants.
FRAGOLTHERM® Q-32-N is used in various indirect heat transfer systems. Typical application areas include foundries, chipboard presses, calenders, vulcanization plants, drying and mixing systems, as well as plastic injection molding plants.
FRAGOLTHERM® Q-32-N can be used in liquid phase in a temperature range between -12 °C and 320 °C and is particularly suitable for heating processes in the moderate temperature range of 200 °C to 280 °C. The film temperature at the heating device must not exceed 340 °C.
The low vapor pressure enables pressureless operation of the heat transfer system up to the maximum permissible bulk temperature.
When used in high-temperature ranges, a nitrogen blanket in the expansion vessel is recommended to prevent premature aging.
