FRAGOLTHERM® 620 is used for non-pressurized, indirect heating in heat transfer systems. Typical application areas include, for example, the processing of polymers and plastics, waste heat recovery, and the manufacture of solar panels.
FRAGOLTHERM® 620 is used for non-pressurized, indirect heating in heat transfer systems. Typical application areas include, for example, the processing of polymers and plastics, waste heat recovery, and the manufacture of solar panels.
FRAGOLTHERM® 620 can be used in the liquid phase within a temperature range of -12 °C to 330 °C. If the pumpability limit can be increased to 2000 mm²/s, an increase in the temperature range to -24 °C is possible. The temperature of the foil at the heating element must not exceed 355 °C.
When used in high-temperature ranges, a nitrogen blanket in the expansion vessel is recommended to prevent premature aging.
