Description
Marlotherm® N is a relatively cheap synthetic organic thermal oil for use in the liquid phase, in closed, pressureless and circulated pump operating thermal oil systems and can be used instead of a mineral thermal oil.
The maximum bulk (boiler outlet) temperature is 300℃.
The ideal working area is operating temperatures between 150 and 300°C.
Marlotherm® N circuits can work optimally with a low inert gas against pressure of about 50-100 mbar in the expansion vessel, even at the top of 300°C.
Nitrogen is the most commonly used inert gas medium.
